i havent really been caught in this situation
or rather, ive voided my heart of a long distance relationship ever since god-knows-when
so i should say, i would like to think im rather strong, if you could even put it that way
it's been a few days
no tears yet, just alot of tugs at the heart when i hear his voice which is very lovely, even though it's across a million miles
he bought 4000 free minutes of talk-time for me and asked if it was enough (:
im just glad to hear your voice, really

ive also been a good girl and sleeping at more decent hours cos he will set a bedtime curfew for me
how very cruel
he says my conscience will know if i dont keep to it hahahaha.

tmr im meeting up with jil and xw, then liz at night
and my whole of thursday is dedicated to viv (whom i have loads to catch up on)
friday is simply doomsday

i got my webcam fixed/replaced whatever you call it
and i did it all on my own, pulling plugs and wires here and there
i feel like a tech genuis for once HAHA

relatives came over to my place today
dancers and classmates as well
thank you guys for coming over (:
and i had my first round of being a banker, which is not too bad
more blackjack at night with alot of commotion going on in the house
i won 30odd bucks (which makes that another 3 mudpies)
but baby isnt here to share them with me anymore ):

im starting to feel the pinch of missing him already
which sucks, considering it has only been less than a day
his voice over the phone is the only comfort i can seek right now

as of tomorrow, im back to independent living
going home on my own, leaning on panels in the train instead of on a shoulder and no more warm tight hugs ):
and i heard A levels results are out this friday (!!!)
wah. shit la.

First ever painting ive done for anyone - and im damn proud of it and myself :D

i loved it - so did he

we met up with shu and harold for dinner at united square after that
finally we can crash each other's dinner haha
this is a very small world cos keith and harold were friends back in melbourne
we had dinner at Soup Restaurant which is very yummy cos i can never get enough of the chinese cuisine they have there
and headed off to Max Brenner's at Esplanade to have chocolate fondue dessert (:
terribly sinful!
marina square for a bit of window shopping before heading back to plaza sing for our midnight movie

'Pursuit of happiness'. a very inspirational film. i liked it (:
although our movie was rather disrupted cos we were sitting at the couple seat right at the back at some odd corner and there's a weird Golden Village guy standing there at the door throughout the entire movie :/
i hate midnight cab fees.

this was when we are bored and waiting for the movie to start. so we sat at the foodcourt and made alot of videophotos (:

(SUNDAY)

went to visit Ms Chan with the heART/fART mates and someone was late for an HOUR! (not me okay)
the lazy people took a cab down to her house from newton which only cost $3 HAHA
i finally caught 'Amelie' at her place which is really nice and refreshing and i liked it
although i wanted to fall asleep at some parts cos i was really tired

went to meet the boy later on for the very last time before he flies off tmr
which i wont be going to send him off cos he doesnt want me to (even after tens and thousands of begging and pleasepleaseplease)

baby, im gonna miss you so damn much.
do study hard over there. remember to bring your eye-drops everywhere with you cos your eye turns dry easily. be punctual for all your appointments and try not to be late for more than half an hour. dont plug in your earpiece and start falling asleep in trains lest you miss your stop. (if there are even trains there like ours here). do wave to random cute children or babies on the streets like you always do and show off your cheesy grin all the time. and try not to litter everywhere you go okay. it's very simple to throw your rubbish in the bin my dear boy

we are going to make this through together

in a way, or perhaps ive known it long ago in my heart
about how i know i'll always appreciate the tinier and more minute things in life that loved ones have to offer.
how i know it will always, and definitely be better than physicality, touch and feel
cos these tiny things melt my heart
even more than the hugs i love, i swear

i will always remember the last page of the book you made for me
how i keep anticipating each flip of the pages in the booklet filled with nothing but sweet nothings
how you know i like the scent on you
and whilst im away in the toilet, you sprayed my entire bed with your cologne, including two teeshirts you left behind for me so i could keep them for pjs
and all that, despite you being disappointed with me at that point of time and we werent really talking that much due to weird mood swings on our part
do you know that, i noticed your sweet gesture from the moment i stepped into my room and i really want to hug you and say thankyou but i was scared cos you look scary when youre angry
how you always give in to me when i finally start crying and lend me your shoulders to dry my tears
plus all the times i look up at your face, and you could read me straight away and purposely sit straight so i could lean on your shoulder without having to bend over so much
and how, whenever i listen to yours our favourite song now, i cry tears of love

i just want you to know that,
i really appreciate all that you've done for me and i know you love me

i think i ate so many chicken wings i cant even keep track of how many
then we had a few rounds of mahjong before i had to leave cos someone was pestering me, but ended up late for 30min himself

whilst waiting for him, i went to bravissimo to get icecream cos i was craving for some kind of dessert
wanted to leave some for him, but he came so late, everything melted so i had to gobble everything up
i played hide-and-seek with keith which is so-damn-fun and we should play it all the time HAHA
so fun to sit above a flight of stairs and recognise familiar shoes walking around trying to find you HURHUR

ronald lets me lean on him!

nothing to do as usual so we ended up catching Norbit at lido
which is a very stupid and silly show where you just go in and prepare to laugh your way through the film

hi. i just got back from my aunt's place. everyone left a tad bit earlier this year cos there's school tmr for the little ones.

went to meet cais and jac for lunch at crystal jade (:
on the way there, i met xiu along the street (HULLO! can we pls meet up soon! haha)
and after that, the BOY whom i havent met for THREE WHOLE DAYS and practically didnt want to let him go haha
anyway, we COINCIDENTALLY wore the same colours, grey top black bottoms (ahhem*)
thankgod the relatives didnt really comment on it cos i bet no one really noticed hahaha
roamed around town a while before cabbing down to my aunt's place
and everything went extremely well (:
(i told you my family's crazily friendly and nice haha)

he was my luckycharm for the night (:
we were winning so much money, then it dropped and the last round we just plonked 10bucks on the table and we got a blackjack!

having a celebrity in the family gets weird at times
like the kids want to take a photo with him, yet it's quite stupid to go up to him to ask for a photo cos it's a relative gathering, and we are actually making him seem like a big-shot when all he is, is actually just a part of the family (if you get what i mean)

family disputes are another irritance
especially at my dad's side
since my dad has NINE siblings, try imagining us all squeezing into a 3-room flat for lunch on the first day of CNY and having tensions everywhere
like some aunt can sit in the room and indirectly pin-point another aunt or something
it's damn weird and IRRITATING for that matter of fact
at times, i wish she would just shutup
i cant imagine adults being childish over such silly stuff seriously

i went everywhere and slept everywhere
more black jack at night!
but im still in the midst of recouping my losses haha
hopefully my LUCKY CHARMing boy tmr will bring me luck (:

First day of Chinese New Year
vegetarian breakfast at the grandma's (mom's side)
head off to some relative's place
to grandma's (dad's side) for lunch
left after that for hightea at Phoenix Hotel (orchard was freaking empty)
eat eat eat eat eat EAT some more.
morningside condominium later where we finally met Singapore Idol Star of a relative - Jonathan Leong
after not meeting him last year cos of his idol-famed year
the maids got so excited and ran to him for his signature haha
didnt had any paper then, if not i could have gotten 1 for j and 1 for weiyun (SO SORRY GIRL!)
ok. maybe he'll drop by my grandma's for dinner tmr anyway
dinner later at an uncle's place

my winning streak is depleting urgh
better win back double tmr.

Unbelievable.
in less than 16 days, ive caught 6 movies, and still unsure if there's actually more but have forgotten
ms potter, adrift, little children, babel, ghost rider, just follow law
thanks to the other half who's an extreme movie-goer
he shoved all his money into my purse today cos im supposed to be his finance advisor HURHUR
as such, slowly everything becomes Ours
he's been keeping my IC for ages
and ive been keeping his Ipod for god knows when

almost done with packing PHEW.
i threw out old clothes. knee high NYGH socks. scraps of paper saying: wake so-and-so up at wee hours eg.330am. manymore

on the way home, the bus stopped at a bus-stand and a lady asked if the bus goes to block ***
so i told her that it does before the driver shut the doors in her face
and walked her all the way to my block
i realise i dont have a knack for making new friends with strangers unless it's helping certain people along the way
like how i dont get why sometimes people on friendster can be so stupid and put up intiatives in befriending for not purely friendly purposes when there are obvious photos that defines my not replying
even keith's amused

you can positively say, this is perhaps the 2nd time im actually celebrating Valentines' Day
and i had a lovely one nevertheless (:

i fell asleep chatting with the dearest yesterday night
and poor/sweet/silly him stayed up till 530am doing SOMETHING.
he came over to my place around 3 odd and went down again to buy me lunch (:
anyway i personalised a cap for him
since he's always wearing a cap
covered his eyes after he presented me with a bouquet at the door and walked him all the way to my piano
with karamel sitting above it, his face blocked by the cap haha

and i really love the booklet you made!
omg it's awfully sweet. really
and i could tell you went through measures and a great deal of effort went into it
i love it cos it's done by you (:

we went to town later to have dinner at Big'O' cos we didnt have to queue for it at least

bus-ed down to Cathay and walked back all the way to cine later to catch Ghost Rider
anyway we had a lot of time to kill before the 11pm show so i dragged him to take neoprints! (:

Jing and I went back to visit Shay today and coincidentally bumped into her on the lift up
the shop looks great. i especially love the lights
sat for a while before heading to cityhall for my dose of Chippy's!
we were wondering how come the donut queue seemed so short today but later realised that half the queue's at another corner of the supposed 'T' junction at that area
if you dont get what i mean, it's ok haha

headed down to The Cathay to catch 'Babel' with the boy and his friends
jing and i walked all the way to cathay from bugis k. dont mess
along the way, we took candid shots and tried to capture falling leaves haha

Babel was a tad bit slow. a tad bit draggy. a tad bit boring
we had dinner at Glasshouse Fish'N'Co later
endeavoured the dearly missed Seafood Platter omg yummylicious!
keith played with his food today
but i forgive him, cos it's kinda sweet

series of events happened after dinner, of which im not obliged to blog it out here but it consisted of happiness, sadness, anger all jumbled into one big mess of emotions
got scolded the minute i got home, which sucks

jealousy is a sin
of which everyone is guilty of, including me at times
im sorry if jealousy upsets or angers
but i never meant for it, you know that

from a few days ago at my place

went for the ADM talk today at Suntec Convention and met Shaoning and Yutian!
followed by the Business talk which bored the hell out of me
the entire place was filled with familiar faces. half the time i dont know who im exactly saying hi to actually
there are even some acquaintances from 1st 3 months and as of course, i suck at recognising faces.

went to Starbucks for a drink and met Shiyan (:
after which, the boy picked me up and we went to Macs to eat fries
we met a family with four kids and the little girl Crystalline is so DAMN adorable!
so adorable, he is supposedly thinking of abandoning me HAHAHA.
anyway the little boy thinks im ugly and thanks to keith's approval, he wiped his oily fingers on my hand.
sigh, bullied by a 7-year old

i went down to Candy Empire later to visit the girls
and they have this new chocolate LOTION thing. hahaha.
we went to catch "The Unseeable" and it was like any other ghost films
cos i dont get scared anyway
in contrast, he was trying to cover his face cos he was damn scared haha
the worst thing was when we were exiting the theatre, it was so dark when we walked down the stairs we couldnt even figured out where the door was
and so we walked out of the theatre building in dim lighting with a few people behind us
and there was this guy standing at the corner of the steps NOT MOVING at all and looking very ghostly indeed haha

dinner + train ride home
on the ride home, this guy kept staring at us which was really weird cos he has a girl with him
and like i have no idea what happened, his girl suddenly started crying after all that staring at us
which is really DAMN WEIRD.

i found out something new 'bout myself today
not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing seriously

and Keith, some things take time

went down to ps later to meet Char at work
she was stoning when i saw her at a distance already haha
had BK for dinner with WL and Jil + Keith before heading down to Japanese Association for the piano recital
some of them are really good and you could tell most of them have a natural flair for piano
up till now, i think im really bad at the piano although im in Grade8
it's just like something your mom threw at you when you were 4 years old and you had no choice but to learn and like quitting would be such a waste of money so you just continue
soon you become good, but you'll never be THAT good that kind of thing
and you come to realise you only like piano as a leisure
but guess what
you still have to pass your stupid grade8 exam ):

I MADE IT! to Aljunied at 1130am in the morning (round of applause please)
okay, i have to make it by hook or crook anyway, if not i'll be hacked off of my $1000 contract fee HURHUR
so Jon and I went down to SPH this morning and our job is basically to give out newspapers to an assigned Secondary School since its the O lvls results day
we made friends with this guy called Robin and i met Shanny at SPH! (:
anyway, he asked me alot of questions like so jon's your boyfriend arh! and oh you like dancing! so do you like always go to clubs?
and drove me around to different schools and gave me money to buy finger-food and basically i really didnt do much today
just stationed myself at Bishan Park Sec Sch and watch a tense-free hall with students strolling in for their results
the top student had a L1R5 of 13 points and they were extremely proud of their top N(A) student who obtained 19 points
i was just telling Jon how different it is in NY, and i bet it's the same for Chinese High
today, ppl went up on stage cos they had 1 A1 and 2 A2s
two years ago, ppl went up on stage cos they managed to obtain 9A1s
and the principal said: "Boys and Girls, if you dont receive Form A, it means you aren't even qualified for the ITE" and repeated 'this isnt the end of the world' for at least 5times
huge difference eh?

went down to Bishan for lunch
thankgod the boy didnt stay pissed for long at an issue that happened this morning
it's them. not us. smile la okay? (:
we coincidentally bumped into Jil + Bf and im sad cos i cant reach Jil anymore since her phone's wonky ):
dropped him off at Newton before going home. im home early for once!

we are in the midst of learning how to live without each other in preparation for the end of this month when he flies off

went to have brunch with the boy in the morning at a faraway place called payalebar (which is really damn far)
we went to kill time later by stoning everywhere and walking in the same vicinity for countless times

coffee&toast for lunch break

eggs are lovely!

went to meet the dancers later on for shopping!! (:
i got myself 2 new tops which spells <3
before heading back to town for a movie
met jon along the way to sign some contract for tmr's job thingy at SPH
i met Celena at recruitexpress which is really damn coincidental
i probably exclaimed a tad too loudly, the whole office turned to look at me

we went to catch LITTLE CHILDREN at cine
whilst buying tickets, i bumped into ting and jing. HULLO!!!
and at payalebar i bumped into deb which is a very ulu place in sgpore
im fated with these 3 AC girls today (:
and also met up with Shiru and Jingxiu (:

Little Children was good.
i kinda like the directing although he suggests that guys should not watch this with their guyfriends
Warning: SOME NUDITY (as the papers claimed which made Keith a tad bit excited HAHA)
we had $10.10 NoNutFamousAmos Cookies for dinner cos we bought the tickets without even looking at the time
so by the time we got home, we were extremely famished

well, i mean comparatively to the dancers on SYTYCD and i think i dont really appreciate breaking
the booty shakers totally grossed me out

i didnt know what the NTU dancers were doing and the least the grandparents could do was to be synchronised in their not-very-much-like-tango tango
thought JDI resembled kinda like Fantastic Four and i thought Platinum and the quickstep were rather entertaining

sigh. I still think the entire competition is really silly, like how there can be different genres of dance and the age limit thing is silly

had to be home today so the boy came over to have lunch with me (:

My Tuesday consisted of having piano in the morning and meeting jon later in the afternoon to have lunch

this is JON.
all metal-mouth now hehe (:

we had Billy Bombers and ordered Honey Chunk (something) Half Spring Chicken + Cheese Fries as sides
too bad the milkshake machine was down! ):
we went shopping later in extra full stomachs and toured Marina Square

i tried that at ZARA and it's so damn pretty (PLUS, it's purple)
too bad it's not too practical cos the front kept flaring open and if i really wanted it, i probably have to use loads of hollywood tape so forget it

we went back to Citylink mall to have Tuesday's HALF-Priced Gelares Waffle + Cookies and Cream Ice-cream :D
ultimately sinful but it was good!

thankyou jon, i had a really great time today catching up with you (:

met up with the boy later and popped by at Esplanade
that silly boy went to pluck a leaf and tore it into the shape of a heart
it's in my bag right now and i shall find some way to store it properly (:

i realised we like to walk alot
today, we walked from Esplanade all the way to Boat Quay and to Clarke Quay and sat by the river-side watching brave people take the reverse bungee and screaming their hearts out
on our way to Liang Court, some trishaw uncle tried to tempt us into taking a ride from him by saying it brings good fortune and luck and love whatever HURHUR
MACS + alot of fries + Vodka from 7-Eleven + ride back home

we went to have hokkien mee at VIVO's food republic and for the first time, i actually TOOK the initiative to peel the icky prawns cos both of us HATE peeling prawns
how nice
the uncle at Cable Car Station was nice enough to let us take a one way ride to Sentosa in exchange of my very long overdued cablecar ticket which ive been keeping for 2years+ already for god knows who and god knows what reason
i still feel very stupid indeed
we landed ourselves at Sentosa and decided to take the Skyline ride!
whee, it was such a cheap thrill haha (:

took a stroll down Siloso beach in Broad daylight and omg, i was freaking wearing jeans
we gave up halfway and took the tram back to the bus-station so we could get ourselves back onto mainland
trained to Bugis and we walked all the way to Simlim again and back to meet the dancers for dinner at Ms Clarity's
im quite glad to see them (:
(we should do this like every 1, 2 weeks or so - meeting up to have dinner)

felt like ive walked a marathon today seriously!

i was so confused today i cried for no reason again
all the negatives and disapprovals weren't exactly helping as well i think
thankyou dear, i dont know how you are able to take all my straight-forwardness and still smile and say you love me even after ive transferred all those comments into your knowledge
for being there and talking things straight in-depth and keeping my re-assurance

most of all,

Hongkong cafe bright early morning with the poofs!
for once, im only 10 min late
jac even congratulated me for being able to make it for lunch with them haha
i ate Western Food at the cafe which was just, weird. considering it's a HONGKONG cafe and i probably should have eaten something else
but it said HONGKONG style Western
so yeah. whatever haha

we took neoprints thereafter, cos we havent taken them in ages! (:
and headed off to Bugis Village later on, happily hopping onto Bus7 and realising the ride there wasnt a very pleasant one due to funny bus driver who keeps halting. and halting. AND halting

Bugis was HELL packed. we had a hard time squeezing through the crowded pack
walked around for quite a bit before squeezing my way back to Bugis Junction to meet Keith
Starbucks for JAVA CHIP! and caramel for him, before heading over to ICON to visit the shop
Shay has installed new lights, in the shape of flowers which i thought were quite pretty
but too bad, she wasnt in when i got there so i couldnt say hi to her

we went down to Cine for dinner and ADRIFT which was really boringgg
pls do not catch it!
(trailers are deceiving).
next time im choosing the movie! and i still think Ghost Rider looks real silly!
we went for an exploration walk and took O'school photos and got ourselves lost in the midst of Killiney road
and in any case, taxis are the best in such situations

ps. im still harping on it Keith! you better do something to make up for it. haha

next week's packed with Billy Bombers, some surprise from Jon, Ikea with Jil, Baking with Shu and Cheng, Piano Recital, NTU talk. PWOAH!

have been a very good girl on Saturday
-minus the lazing in bed for far too long cos i keep going to bed each time i realise the sms im waiting for still hasnt come in
packed my bed (of which im very slow at) and in case you're wondering, i dont sleep on my bed cos it's a mess of clothes and many others
went to grandma's for great food cos of its simplicity
and lost a bet at soccer with kandy kane
he wants a surprise. gosh im so dead haha

meeting poofs and dancers on consecutive days, as well as the person who sends me home

trip to FarEast today with Shu and Cheng
i got Chippy's cheese sausage! (:
it's really addictive i swear
we had lunch at Green View, a small shop tucked away at a corner of the building selling noodles and they had nian gao (i have no idea what's it called in English)
made friends with a 73yearold lady

you know, how they say it's always nice catching up with old friends (:

some say, when you're in the midst of love, the night seems to fall upon you
im beginning to think that comfort is more important than anything else

today was filled with lots of fluff
was pampered till no end, with icecream to top it off
