maybe it's just me,
losing and/or missing the feeling of basically having someone be concerned about me. it's actually quite heart-warming
yet at the same time,
it indirectly made some memories flood

my mind wandered off very far from home today

i promise i'll go see a doc if i dont recover by this week

There you go, Im officially Nineteen

of which i dont feel surprisingly a year older
Saturday, i went to crowded Bugis with Jil to shop (:
mummy was being extremely nice and said she'll pay for everything i bought that day
and when i told her i was going out with Jil, she sort of seemed to know
which was indeed very suspicious indeed haha

i bought 2 tops + 1 necklace
going Bugis 6 days straight is no joke man
i keep getting tempted to shop cos everywhere is having SALES.
and we saw a few celebrities cos of the project superstar appearance at Bugis

a few days ago, Jil suddenly called to ask me to help her to record the 7pm show
so she asked if she could head over to my house that day to watch it
but she gotta rush home for dinner with her mom so she wanted to leave Bugis earlier

of course i suspected something la haha
actually in the morning, i was already telling my mom
"eh, im damn scared. Jil sure come up with something one. but i dont know what. HOW!"
so i was trying to piece everything together HAHA
there were super alot of GIVE-AWAYS haha. (needed to do that in caps cos i said something wrongly and i forgot what)
char sms-ed me for my address nearly the 3rd time
my mom's tone was so suspicious
when we were nearing my place, "Jilyn's Mom" called her and this is how the conversation went;
(pretending to talk to her mom)
jil: im very near her house already! very VERY near
(chatter chatter)
jil: NO!NO! erm. yeah yeah. NO! you know, yeah
(chatter chatter)

i was half pretending not to laugh and half pretending to be oblivious

but im so gullible HAHA
i went home and scanned the outside of my house and didnt see any shoes and my heart dropped abit cos i thought i was wrong
then i saw my door closed
and i thought it's cos my mom really listened to me and tried to coverup my messy room from Jil
so i opened the door and got the shock of my life man! haha
no lights so i couldnt really see anything i just saw alot of balloons and alot of voices
i was supposed to find my other new surprise amongst the balloons which was a super hard task
cos the balloons were really occupying damn alot of space
but alas, they got me a pair of birks and im damn happy (:

ive always wanted to fill up my entire room with purple balloons
it used to be on my friendster account but i took it down thereafter for some reason
i cant believe they actually remembered!
love the ones hanging from my ceiling
they also made me a huge collage book which says Amelia's Fairy Tale
but the F in Fairy looks like a H so it became Amelia's Hairy Tale haha

we had pizza, cocktail, eggmayo sandwiches and cake
i had alot of fun that night
i really didnt want them to leave so early

stayed up late that night, sitting in the midst of all my balloons and soaking in my well wishings
and being very VERY smiley :D :D :D
well, for 15 min i was crying though. happy-crying

woke up late on my Birthday so they decided to catch the 130pm show
as usual, i had no luck. not even on my birthday in flagging a cab
all of them were hired or if not, dont want to fetch me to town
after 30 min of standing and hailing, i finally got myself a cab
at this moment, this grandma walked towards the cab so i gave in and let her get on
which also finally made me realise i suck at flagging for cabs so i decided to fore-go Babel with the poofs
i asked them to give the ticket for free to some random person so i could make his/her day but they already went in! haha
called up Kerx so we decided to catch 'Happy Birthday' at cine as well
we bought pastamania takeaway and flooded the entire theatre with pasta aroma haha

i caught Happy Birthday on my Birthday (:
loved the movie. ive never been at a movie and cried so much. SO MUCH.
i practically cried at every scene they parted with each other cos i hate goodbyes
i really hate them ):
and you know, the entire theatre was filled with ppl crying
the lady beside me, the girl beside me (kerx), the person infront of me, the person behind me
im glad i caught it. and i feel like watching it again

kerx gave me rambutans! HUGE ONES!
and i went to look for cais and jac later to pass them the ticket money which i didnt even watched the movie for HAHA
but i thought about it, a tad bit ridiculous to spend cabfare + ticket ($20) for a movie
we had Starbucks and MY JAVA CHIP FRAPPPPPPPPP. :D
kerx dropped me off at Cityhall later

I had dinner at NewYorkNewYork with the family
and they dont do reservations on weekends
when i told them i need seats for 19, the waitress looked extremely shocked
turns up my mom did manage to book seats especially for me in the morning by calling the manager
so we got this room thingum
i didnt eat much cos i wasnt that hungry after pasta and javachip but ohmy.
the bill amounted to $362.44! haha
the staff sang the song extremely loud for me
and then the family sang twice as well cos some went to the toilet and all that
i was practically begging for them not to sing anymore haha

made 3 wishes
1 for someone, 2 for myself
kerx dropped by again after vivo to pass me my surprise present (:

there was only jing and i today cos ting has to study for SATS. hope it goes well for her (:
i hate going to bed and the waking up part
cos my throat feels so dry it's suffocating
and last night i coughed up so much phlegm. it's DISGUSTING.
im sick ):
ive been sick for almost 1 month cos i dont really wanna go to the doctor and waste my hard-earned money on him ):

i did the stairs today, which was dreadfully tiring
drew the dome as well
all that masking tape is starting to remind me of my Alvl coursework actually
furthermore, the stairs and dome are actually trompe oleil style as well
we made friends with the girl working at bryan's shop and there were quite a number of random people who stopped by the shop to talk to us today
Shay bought us apple juice and flowers and placed them on a chair in the shop this morning, cos I requested for a chair since im so short
very nice of her (:

Tim and I weren't fated to meet
he was in the same building at the same level today but we just didnt bump into each other
and i passed by this guy while going home who looks awfully familiar and it turned out to be him
but i wasnt sure so i just walked away

today i woke up late
and realise, both of them will be late as well haha

my brother dropped by today and he said he wanted to RATE it, but he didnt let me know the rating haha
he went with this girl, a friend
and Shay (the lady owner) dropped by in the night as well, with a friend too
ohboy, i think he's DAMN cute.
i havent met cute people in very long so pardon me.

anyway, we tried to negotiate the pay with her today
and it's hard negotiating with her cos she's just too gentle
rawr i dont know how to explain
i suck at pushing for my own rights so jing and ting kept looking at each other to urge someone to say something

TODAY. I ATE BEEF. FOR THE FIRST TIME. (knowingly)
crap. they got us Macs and i was damn hungry so i relented and my stomach felt weird after that
maybe it was just psychological thinking
jing and ting love their toys from the children's meal so much
and they had this laser thing and ting aimed at someone outside the shop and it was just so freaking funny!
i laughed so much today until i choked on water and puked it out
such an embarrassing feat

no idea if you'll read this but,
happy birthday maine.

2 days into the painting project
those who know where we're working at can drop by (:

anyway shop-owner raised the price a little higher to accommodate our transport fares supposedly
we ran around quite a bit on Monday just to search for paint cos we couldnt decide between splurging on Acrylic or just using Nippon Paint
so we settled for Acrylic and bought those that came in a box where you have an array of colours

TING joined JING and me with this project
for portfolio purposes (:
it's good having them two around cos they're just so wacko
i havent laughed so much in ages
almost like roll on the floor and bawl in laughter kind of laugh
the worst is the walls are so thin we could actually hear what the ppl next door were saying
so if we were laughing like hyenas, they must have thought we're crazy

we also looked like zoo exhibitionists
stuck in some confined area and having a free show for anyone who walks past
but well, it actually feels good when you hear them complimenting it (thinking we cannot hear it) haha

on the first day,
ting and i went for dinner at Ms Clarity's
my first time there after wanting to go there for so longggggggggggggggg
the portions were good for a great price
i love that cosy place

had piano today, before going to United Square for an interview
it went well. but there's another interview on the 1st feb so today was more of like shortlisting
anyway i really do hope i get it

went down to meet JING/TING
we felt accomplished today haha
we nearly finished one entire panel although it's still like damn behind time but we're damn fast already!
had dinner at Macs (im still coughing like an idiot) before going to bugis street to shop for a while
the initial plan to shop for only half an hour became a 1 and half hour shopping spree
I BOUGHT A NEW PAIR OF HEELS
and I LOVE IT <3
okay sorry. sudden outburst
but it's damn nice haha
the other two bought so much stuff as well
Monday night, ting and i decided to leave earlier cos we were tired and we went bugis street for a while as well
i bought ear-rings and was damn happy
super cheap-thrill i tell you!

okay if this week drags on, we'll probably be going there everyday and spend too much money OHNO

i like the job cos it's fun, though tiring

KERX TURNS 19!

kerx and huiyi went changi beach to watch planes fly by in the morning
and later we all gathered at heeren to give kerx a special birthday surprise (:
yellow balloons and doughnuts PLUS candles that are re-lightable
we had so many false alarms by the time they arrived, steph's candles turn from long to short haha
we had 10 candles of the exact same height so i suggested we just poke 9 of them deeper into the doughnut so that last one can stand out
how brilliant
after kerx took forever to blow out those candles cos they just keep re-igniting themselves in sparks, the doughnut isnt edible anymore HAHA

we went upstairs to take neoprints as well
SCHMELLY feet someone has hahaha
been ages since i took neoprints and act cute and kawaii infront of a still-standing machine
and had so much fun trying to decorate them in the booth cos there was no time limit haha
we played with cat paws puppets and had a cat fight in the shop (:

yes, i met up with weiyun today in town and we had $2.50 wanton mee at heeren which i havent ate in damn long
then it started pouring really heavily so we got stuck at heeren
retreated to NYdC to have jedi mudster mudpie!
omg how sinful.

reluctantly took a bus down to dhoby later cos there's at least more things to do there
yesterday i wanted to save on Adult fare, i walked all the way from Millenia to Bugis haha
exercise is always good for you

anyway Future State was having 70% sales and i definitely couldnt miss on that!
we ended up buying 3 tops each and mine amounted up to only $30.30 which makes the original price $101 initially
cheapest deals ive earned ever since the bangkok trip hahaha
and since ive no choice to use a hairband these days, i bought a new glittery one (:

oh and i had a free dessert at pastamania so i decided to use it

went back to grandma's after that

have been scurrying around the last two days
i went to HV's NYdC on thurs and was surprised to see yicheng and althea there
i havent seen althea in years and the first thing i asked her was "how's your dad?" haha
yeah. my dad and her dad are friends
that one aside, thursday was tiring cos i ran alot of places
jurong east to vivo to hv to clementi and all that in 4+hours

my nights are spent prison-breaking and eating chips and chocolates for that matter of fact

i landed myself an art project
so today, jing and i went down to the shop to look at the floor space
it's 60 square feet big
and later on, having a discussion with the shop owner on how she wants us to do up her shop
she wants it to look like a forest, a new realm with like a secret eden garden kind-of feel
with tinkerfairies around surrounded by lush greenery
im gonna take this as a working experience and a plusplus for my portfolio for uni and not complain so much about the pay
she's only paying us $75 per person for 5 days cos that's the estimated amount of time we'll be able to finish by
there are 3 panels in the shop and each panel is abit larger than my Alvls painting
i took a few months for my Alvls and erm, haha we gotta finish that in 5 days
and considering we spend 8 hours each day in the shop painting, that would make our pay about $1.90 an hour

havent i already mention im not gonna be complaining bout the pay?

but the shop owner seems stressed herself, and we're possibly trying to do her a favour here i guess

i want to teach art
and there's no point applying for schools cos there's alot of paperwork to be done so i went to my community center to inquire on thurs
apparently, there's alot of paperwork to be done if you wanna apply to teach at a cc too
i gave up on it. but i have no idea as to how to get kids to teach them privately and that sucks

other than that, it's good to have acquaintances around in school
hopefully i'll land myself that bnj job
and i almost nearly obliged to an advertising company cos they were doing modelling with kids which i thought was pretty interesting
went back to visit the candyempire girls today and left post-it notes everywhere haha (:

oh. and my entire toenail dropped today
i cant begin explaining how disgusting it is cos i didnt take a photo of it
but thankgod i painted my toenails red so it sort of blends in with it? haha

my stomach has been churning the entire day and was at its worst when i was coming home from SA

jil and i went to recruitexpress in the morning before meeting the girls for steamboat
they find it amusing that i have to eat rice with all my meat
the funny thing is, they are the first people ive met who dont take rice with all their meat
not even at restaurants with dishes
or maybe it's just me and my family.

do you take your dishes with rice?

i dropped by tcc too to visit the pretty girl who presented me with a hug haha
hope you like the chocolate (:

got daddy to send us down to SA to visit the juniors and seeing the J1s for the first time
was quite surprised to see peehua there (:
ive always thought SAdance would be a nice change to all that chinese dance we've been trained in for 4 years
we met zaki as well, which was real good (:

and after all this while,
im still getting used to this whole delusion
the feeling that i'll always be protected within the 'each other' context and not with the 'one another' context
or maybe reality and the image portrayed is something i'll never ever get

my tolerance level dipped real low today, and i apologise for that
there's just this something which triggered me back into that phase of emo craving for alone time

im so bored. i have nothing to do these few days ):
Ms Quek met herself with food-poisoning today so my piano lesson was cancelled
so i went to highlight my hair
it's brownish-looking now
and since it's my first attempt at highlights, i feel out-of-sorts
but it's a nice change i guess

i went to KFC later with $3.85 in the hopes of buying a $3.95 meal
and i told the girl i was lacking of 10cents
she actually told me it's alright cos it's just 10cents, how sweet is that!
but eventually i asked her for her name, and got my dad to pass her 10cents while he was on his way home
that girl is too sweet. (:

im F-ing irritated, over the simplest minute stuff i cant see myself getting irritated over
my stupid computer doesnt allow my to watch any single videos online
it only lets me preview so much so 6seconds of any movie clip before it turns dead
and so i have resorted to using my brother's computer when he's not using it or when he's not home
i dont see a problem with that, cos it's not like as if he's using it and furthermore, im using my mom's account in his computer
he bloodyhell had to go and switch my mom's password so i cant get into his computer at all
and something's wrong with my mom's laptop cos it cant access any network (and i bet it's his doing as well)

and now im f-ing bored and have nothing to do!
i tried occupying myself with cleo cos i thought when everybody's in bed then i can watch prison break
and now i cant even do so!

HULLO. im back from chalet (:
it has been a rather rainy/sleepless 3 days 2 nights of fun with my favourite company, so all's been well

headed off to vivo's mart on the 12th to buy food for bbq-ing
we bought shitloads of stuff and dirtied vivo's floor with dripping chicken sauce (OOPS)
dropped by at Candy Empire to say hi to Victoria but Ash said she wasnt there yet. ohwell

all headed off to Pasir Ris where it was raining cats and dogs
managed to catch a glimpse of Louis before he headed off to camp
that night, our bbq was so dreadful cos we bbq-ed in the rain
with umbrellas and ponchos and charcoal and small fires
second night was much better (:

whilst waiting for the rain to stop on the the 13th, we went to the Arcade to play and WL's damn good on the para-para machine mygoodness! haha
before we headed to the rather quiet Escape to play
Escape is seriously nothing compared to Genting and (the invertor's down that day)(!!!)

not much photos, just the 10 of us
but i had a great time
especially the mahjong sessions till nearly 5am in the wee hours of the morning
not mentioning the pigging out on chips & chocolates and the drinking games & ghost stories
despite our room especially stinking of raw seafood URGH

many things have happened, where should i actually begin?
my blog's so stagnant. nobody comes here anymore haha

tmr (or, today rather) the boys are going in to Army
most of them as of what ive heard
k's going in on sat and i doubt we'll ever meet up before he books in

tuesday, i counted money in that tiny silver box until i suffered a headache
i counted $1200 odd worth of money for nearly 5,6 times
and i didnt wash my hands after that. wonderful

at times, i wish i was stuck in the comfort zone of the 'ny world' forever
the innocence, where people dont scheme against each other or malign each other
i absolutely hate it when i get blamed for doing something i havent done
my absolute pet peeve.
sigh. and some dont understand that im really not as stupid as i look or they think me to be
i love pretending at times
pretence hides away and shields any hurt that you want to put across through facial expressions
hence it works for me

was in a terrible downturn mood during work today ever since early afternoon
grace should know why

bottomline: im just gonna give everything the benefit of the doubt right now and wait on the line

wednesday night after work, i headed down to meet the ARTers for dinner at pastacafe
one last dinner/supper before the boys go into ARMY

out of all the days ive been to work, today's a day i can finally proudly say i did alot of things haha (cos there's more stuff to do)
despite stupid cramps
i spent the entire day locking myself up in the storeroom and tagging nearly 3 whole shelves of wonka candies
the willy wonka bar just got restocked today and it's running short already
peiwen grace and i shared a bar and it's HEAVENLY. haha

i like my colleagues, they're very nice people
it's unbelievable i could have a heart-to-heart with someone whom ive only met twice
and the huge lollipop is gone ):
someone must have bought it
i hope more stocks come tmr so i can spend my entire day tagging again HEE :D

piano's resuming for me in the morning tmr
i havent seen ms vivian quek for ages

(MOM'S BIRTHDAY)

Celebrated mom's birthday having luch at Great World's Crystal Jade
she ordered so much dimsum, we have to pack home some of 'em
there's nearly 10 varieties (X2) of stuff on each of the 2 tables
i ate until i was so bloated up

the kids ran up to play at the arcade
i have to say this, but i seriously suck at the DDR
luckily we only tried out the easy, medium stage which wasnt so bad
i got my aunt to try the DDR out and she danced until at one point of time, she flailed her hands so frantically, she sort of punched me in the eye
PAINFUL OKAY! haha

went down to cine to meet jil for DeathNote2
considering that i didnt watch the first sequel, and am not a very huge fan of Anime, i actually found it pretty alright
not extremely fantastic, but alright
we brought Shinlin XXL Crispy Chicken into the theatre and i couldnt see what i was poking, i poked the bag until the stick poked through the bag and i said 'ouch'
jilyn thinks it's really amusing haha

(i met xiaowei after work today
and decided to meet up with jilyn who was out with weiliang and her sister

and so we had an UNintentional shopping date)

i bought a pair of shoes and a tee
a birthday cake for my mom
and now im officially broke once again
i dont believe this!

wl's sister got a tamagotchi for jilyn, who most probably is gonna spend only one week on that poor thing before chucking it in some corner of her room and leaving it to die HEH
spent most of our time at fareast today

im glad i went to town today
i met many of my friends whom i havent seen in AGES
namely huis, ball, shinmun and ZUL dearest
i was so shocked to receive his call to see him at the other end of longjohn's
totally made my day (:

this morning i woke up early
board the train AS an adult WITH adults, all on our way to work in the CBD district area
there was still time, so i sat down at coffee toast and ordered a breakfast set
MAN, when was the last time you actually see me ordering a breakfast set!?!?
that's just cos whenever i wake up, it's time for dinner
but anyway, the eggs were nice :D

have been having half-hour lunch breaks with myself and rushing off like an idiot after the meal
asking the koufu manager for the 10% discount card has been today's activity and aim so i get cheaper meals
im glad all my transport fees are all transacted to my mom's bank account so that's something less to worry about

there was an influx in the amount of people coming for an interview today
and it's understandable, considering all the o lvls graduates who didnt go to jc are probably hunting for a job
they buy something go to the cashier and ask if we are hiring
and like it's not just one, but EVERYONE - so that makes it three to four
my manager was nice, he's one funny guy

today, i tended the cashier for taypinghui! HAHA
cos he was having an acting shoot at the restaurant opposite our store
considering im working near where all the so-called POSH offices are, i bet it's gonna be celebrity fest soon

oh and i developed photos today

i met a really fresh-looking, feel-good kinda guy today
then he went to the restaurant opposite the store for dinner with his family
and also a familar face two days in a row but with me still having no guts to say hi to.

while on the train home today, my brother told me to give mom a call when im at the interchange so she can fetch me
it was raining cats and dogs and i got off the bus with my mom waiting there with an umbrella for me
it was the first time she ever did so on a rainy day actually, and even without me having to ask
previously, whenever i ask, i got rejected. lest, i still tried every rainy day but to no avail
i was so touched i teared on the train
i looked like a fool
a sheepishly happy fool

on the other hand,
my relationship with my dad is going down the drain
ever since i told him quite ever-so-sternly that i really wish he would stop calling me hideous names and giving/making up names for me when he was the one who named me 'Amelia'
what would you do if every day your dad returns from work, he whistles at the door while you're in your room and expects you to run out of your room like a hamster?
my name is not HAI(4)REN(2) (you're the one to be blamed - in chinese)
once or twice/ occasionally/ even so once a week is fine
but everyday?
i just couldnt take it anymore
and i reminded him that it would be great if he said thankyou for my christmas gift even 3 days after christmas

and he said,
'that is counted as a gift meh?' (LAUGHLAUGHLAUGH)

how would you feel you tell me?
i just quietly left my seat that breakfast
and we havent been talking properly ever since
although he did stop calling me all those names
i dont know what to do really

that night in genting when i had a heart-to-heart talk with my brother at night,
he even mentioned that daddy is biased against me and he knows it
cos we were talking about biasness on another level and it led to that topic
im sincerely hurt
i dont know how to talk to my dad anymore

an initial inquiry with mom bout dad
became a crying fest in front of her before i went back to my room to hide the tears

well at least happier than before
the days when we dont really talk but seeing his depressed face in school everyday just kills me even as a distant friend then
i dont know why, i just feel happy for him
it's great to see them back together
and im glad we're back to being friends once again

today the store opened very late. very much later than usual
there was only me and uncle salam in the morning so we were busy stocking up stuff and waiting for the other girl and the manager to come cos i dont know how to operate the opening of the cashier cos i wasnt taught so yet
we made this customer so angry she stormed off OMG. haha

louis and samantha dropped by and surprised the hell out of me
but i still got them staff discount
20% less okay!! thats like alot
after work i met jac and cais for dinner at soup spoon while i had mos takeaway
and i freaking spent $31 on 2 tops + 3 earrings today
that's like 6 hours of payyyyyyyyyyy.
you know ive always thought it's rather ridiculous when my friends who were working previously comment that it is how many hours so and so of their pay
but i know how it feels now
cos it's damn heart-wrenching
it's like spending your long hours of standing up and serving customers on like material items you dont think twice about
and furthermore, i just came back from bangkok
ever since i came back from bk, i have no mood to buy anything cos the stuff here are so freaking expensive
for eg. jeans in bk are only $4.20
that's how much difference there is

i actually enjoy working
though it gets kinda boring at times cos i can never sit behind the cashier and stone
i either eat something, make myself busy by writing stuff or doodling stuff or like cleaning the shelves
im so glad when i have customers to talk to or like, actually ask questions so i can serve them

we're Adults. can you believe it?
and i still dont have the habit of tapping my card when i get down the bus
but i couldnt even tell the difference since ive been using Giro all along and the machine has been providing the same sound as those of adult cards since a long time ago

okay. i know i havent blogged bout Genting/kl trip but im so shit-ass tired and this is gonna be a rather long entry (and im gonna type this out super duperly fast haha)

today's shift ended 30min earlier though but my shift got changed to morning tmr
there really isnt much to do so everyone's kinda scrambling for the least bit of stuff to do and i know im hogging the cashier for most of the time anyway HAHA
but aiyah, you dont just waste your time away like that even though you do get pay
after my FREAKING BAD COUGH clears away, i swear im gonna turn fat at work
okay wrong. i dont turn fat. make that have a bigger tummy
no prizes for guessing where im working at HURHUR

so first day of work was quite a breeze and a rather happy one
second day and ive made 5 new colleagues. i dont even talk to people that fast. but it wasnt a 'no choice' thing i guess. they were pretty much nice.
Joanna's the funniest (:

rushed back home on 502 cos the dancers were coming over to my place
there's roadblocks everywhere! and when the bus passed by Boonlay, i got reminded of our performance there last year. Vincent Ng was at the void deck of my place! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT. okay out of point
Jil/Co/Kanghao/Char/Weiliang came in the end and we had a mini potluck session while counting down in front of my tv
it feels like i havent even moved on into the next year
there was Chardonnay and Bailey's which i didnt touch cos im already sick
and pizza and brownies and chocolates and chips and stuff i brought back from work haha
card games through the night and i only had 3 hours of sleep before getting ready for my next shift

today i saw someone's clean-shaven head haha (and took a picture)
was oddly surprised but it was awfully sweet cos i knowingly doubt he would keep his words but he did
and when you no longer hope for something, it's always a pleasant surprise ain't it?

anyway on to the Genting/Kl trip
my brother and i are really lucky.
why?
cos on the day that we went to genting, the weather was good and they didnt close the outdoor theme park
and from what we know, the entire week before we went to genting, the themepark was closed due to heavy mist and the next day when we were leaving genting, i couldnt even see the road from outside the window ok! just white stuff

genting was FREEZINGGGGGGGGG.
but i had alot of fun at the theme park. the indoor one sucks though. there's NOTHING.
my bro and i sat nearly all the thriller rides there is including the ride that plunges down from 50 stories
we didnt back out HAHA. cos we wanted to conquer our fears (HAHA)
the view was magnificent up there even with the heavy mist that surrounds us and shields our view
i was flying in midair when it plunged down for the first time, after that there was nothing to fear.
it was quite fun actually haha
and i freaking didnt sit the corkscrew cos due to the mist, you cannot even see the tracks! and like not knowing whats coming and all that

we headed off for KL the next day and i was sleeping the entire way down from genting so my ears got blocked for the entire day after i woke up
my 2 days in KL were spent shopping and eating. we ate damn alot

my family compromises each other very well on the trip
my granddad is the cutest granddad you can ever ask for
he orders wanton noodles without wanton
and wants to walk last in the pack when he's the slowest
i always end up saying cannot and make sure i walk beside him and always get very angry when my dad walks so fast he cannot catch up
my grandma got SO MAD with him cos he brought a book on the trip and she blames him cos she lost in gambling haha
the next day, the book went missing! HAHA
the first thing my grandma exclaimed when he announced that was 'i never take it!' wow

my dad is one of a kind. the KIASU king
he spends one hour eating breakfast. why?
cos they are FREE (i mean included lar). and he has to make sure he eats everything. and it's not even like tiny portions for heaven's sake! people queue for omelette he also queue. people queue for rotiprata he also queue. one bowl of porridge. he fills up 5 plates full every breakfast
damn irritated with him

my mom is the worry-queen
every time we leave the hotel room, she would pack all my things back into my luggage
even my makeup pouch! so everytime, i have to take everything out again. damn troublesome.
in all, she worries bout everything

my brother just wants to find the converse shop in every building HAHA
and if you look carefully at the photos later, you'll realise he's wearing the same shirt but in different colours every different day
but i had a damn long chat with him one night. or more like im listening to his life story and him telling me all his deepest darkest secrets
and when i wanted to go to the toilet, he said 'ok quick go, come back i want to continue' haha
but im not complaining. i love to listen
just that i got too tired and said i really needed to go to bed
